8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta
1/4 c. Chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chunk or flake-style imitation crab meat
1/2 c. Diced red bell pepper
1 c. Coursely chopped broccoli
1 c. Reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. (1 T.) pantry picnic salad seasoning mix
Lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse under cold running water using colander. Meanwhile cut crab meat into 1-inch pieces and dice bell pepper. Chop broccoli and onion. Combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix in large bowl; mix well. Add pasta, crab meat, bell pepper, broccoli and onion; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. If desired, line bowl with lettuce; spoon salad into bowl.
