5lbs chicken thighs
Sake
1 pkg Char Siu powder (Noh brand)
1 to 1 1/2 box Marukai Tempura Dough
1 1/2 pkg Marukai Panko Crumbs
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Debone chicken.
2. Lay in 9x13 baking pan, skin side down.
3. Sprinkle or brush on sake and then salt; sprinkle Char Siu powder sauce.
4. Let stand in pan overnight, mixing contents several times.
5. Next day prepare tempura dough.
6. Dip chicken in dough, then roll into panko crumbs.
7. Deep fry (if using stainless electric fry pan, 340-350 degrees, then lower to 325 degrees).
8. Slice into pieces after cooling.
