2 to 3 c. carrots (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 to 3 potatoes (diced)
2 c. celery (diced)
2 to 3 c ham (diced)
1 can evaporated milk (and enough milk to fill pan)
1 stick butter
Salt, pepper and parsley flakes, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots, onions, potatoes and celery in a Dutch oven. Put enough water to just cover vegetables; cook until tender. Add diced ham and evaporated milk. Fill pan with regular milk. Add butter, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Heat until hot, but not boiling.
