1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
2 bananas or 1 c. bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF, 9" x 5" loaf pan greased & floured
Combine butter and sugar, mix in beaten eggs, bananas, sour cream, baking soda, flour, salt, vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Let stand 10 minutes before baking for 1 hour.
