1 c chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c melted butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 egg yolks beaten
1/4 c sugar
1 c chocolate chips, melted
2 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
1/2 pint whipped topping

Directions:
Melt butter, mix with crumbs and spread and press in bottom of 9inch springform greased pan. Place wafers standing up around outside edge, pressing them into crumb abase tso they will hole Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool

Blend cheese, egg yolks, 1/4 c sugar and melted chocolate chips. Beat egg whites until foamy and add 1/4 c sugar. Beat until glossy. Fold into cream cheese mixture by hand. Beat cream or topping until still and fold half of whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Pour half of mixture into prepared pan. Crush rest of waters into crumbs and sprinkle over top of cheese mixture and add rest of cheese mixture. Cover with balance of whipped cream. cover with foil and freeze. Defrost 1 to 2 hrs before serving. decorate with few chocolate curls
