1 c graham crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnaomon
1/4 c margarine melted.

2 8oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

4 c apple slices
13 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, crumbs ,sugar, cinnamon and margarine. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan bake at 350 for 10 min. Combine cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add eggs one at a time, Blend in vanilla and pour over crust. Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese layer. sprinkle with pecans Bake at 350º
