6 ripe bananas or however many you need - 1 per person.
choclate chips
miniature marshmallows
coconut
chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Slit the banana and add the choc. chips, marshmallows, coconut and nuts in side skin. Wrap each banana boat in foil and place on be for about 8 - 10 min. or 15 - 20 in oven.

This is a great boat or travelling recipe, very easy to make and very tasty. Bananas caramelize!
