1/4 cp tomatoe soup
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c uncooked rice
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c minced onion
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shape into balls , brown in 2 tbsp of shortening in pan. Been in rest of soup and 1 can water. Comver and simmer about 40 min or until rice is tender, stirring now and then.
