Scald 4 c milk & pour in bowl
2 c sugar
8tsp salt
2c shortening.
4 pkgs yeast & 2 c lukewarm water & 4tsp sugar
6 eggs
8 c flour up to 10c

Directions:
Directions:
take milk and after scalded in bowl and add sugar, salt and shortening. Still until shortening melts and cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle years over water with sugar and let stand 10min. Add to milk mixture yeast and 6 eggs beaten, stir well. Mix in 8-10cps flour and mix till forms a ball. Knead 1-2 min until smooth and shape and place in greased bowl. Cover and rise 1.5 hrs or until double in bulk. Punch down and divide in 2 equal balls let sit for 10min. roll into 10x20 rectangle. Spread margarine and 1/4 cp brown sugar and cinnamon and rollup. Slice 1/1/2 thick. Spread bottom of pan with 1/4c melted marg and 1/2cp brown sugar. Let rise until double, bake 20-25min . Muffin pans 15 min. Bake at 350º

Got this receipe from Aunt Rose and these are by far the best cinnamon buns I have had. Makes a ton and you can't divide the recipe.
