Your favorite greens
Purple onion - sliced in rings
Fresh pear - diced
Gorgonzola cheese - crumbled
Candied Pecans
Champagne Vinegarette Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Toss: greens, red onion, pear and gorgonzola and let chill.

Add pecans and toss with dressing....not too much just bathe.

To candy pecans: for every 1/2 cup of pecans, melt 1Tbl. butter and 1 Tbl. Pure Maple Syrup. Melt butter and syrup until just before boil. Turn down to medium and stir in pecans. Cook for 15 mins. stirring occasionally at just before a boil. When done spread on a cookie sheet covered with foil to dry & cool.

We us Publix brand champagne vinegarette dressing.
