12 c. chopped tomatoes, skin removed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients in large kettle for several hours until slightly thickened. Stir often, pack into jar and put into canner and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, remove from canner.
