6 eggs
1 lb powdered sugar
Whiskey, Rum, or Brandy
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and beat whites until peaks form (but not dry).
Add a small amount of sugar to yolks and mix well.
Add yolks to whites along with the rest of the sugar and mix well, it will be foamy.
Put in booze, ½ cup batter and fill with hot water mix well and top with nutmeg.
Left over batter can be stored in refrigerator if covered tightly.

Virginia Lane got this from her sister Mary. It is a DiPilla Family recipe. She says that it is an old drink that the we used to have at Christmas, New Year's, and on cold cold nights.
