12 eggs
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean Sausage(browned, drained, broken up)
1 can mushrooms(drained)
12-16 oz. cheddar cheese(shredded)
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9" x 13" pan greased well break up eggs. Layer on top of eggs, browned/drained sausage, mushrooms and 1/2 of cheese. Pour on top of layers, whipping cream and top with remainder of cheese. Refrigerate overnight at least 12 hours and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before serving. *Can also add ham, onions, green peppers. Great with English muffins.
