1 C butter
1 C powdered sugar
1 large egg
2 1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C candied cherries (red and green)
1/2 C candied pineapple
1 1/2 C pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry, mix wet. Mix together and add fruit and nuts. Divide into 3 sections and roll each into a log, wrap in wax paper and chill. To bake. Slice about 1/4 thick slices and bake 350º for 12-14 minutes.
