Cream in order:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
Sift:
4 cups plus 4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:

Bake at 375º for 10 min

Mix in order. Roll in ball or use scooper. Dip bottom of glass in water(only once), then in granulated sugar(colored, if desired). Use glass to flatten cookie dough, pushing down only once.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, making sure to leave enough space for the cookies to expand.
