1 lb. ground beef( browned)
1 onion(chopped)
4 potatoes(cubed)
1 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF, 10" x 10" casserole dish
Brown and sauté ground beef and onion. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Stir in ground beef mixture, cubed potatoes and dissolved bouillon cubes. Baked for 1 1/2 hours.
