1 chicken breast
1 can of artichoke hearts in water
your favorite pasta (cook & reserve a little water)
garlic clove
salt & pepper
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Fresh Parmesan or Romano or both blended (you can get this already shredded in fridge case by the other cheeses)
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in skillet with olive oil and garlic, salt & pepper. When cooked add in artichoke hearts. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes to warm then add in tomatoes and cooked pasta. Add a swish around of olive oil. Squirt a little lemon over top and toss. Finish with the cheese to just coat noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. If you like spicy throw in some red pepper flakes.
