2 c whole-wheat flour
1 egg, beaten
1 T honey
1 c plain yogurt or buttermilk
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Stir salt, flour and baking soda together in bowl. Beat yogurt, honey and eggs. Mix into dry ingredients in bowl. Knead for 5 minutes. Shape into round loaf. Place on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
