1/2 gallon of good French Vanilla Ice Cream - softened
12 oz. can of Lemonade concentrate
1 tub (16oz) cool whip
2 graham crusts

I have used different flavors of concentrate - lime works nice too.

Directions:
Put softened ice cream, lemonade and 1/4 of cool whip in bowl and put in Graham shells and spread remaining cool whip on top and refreeze.

Makes 2 pies - they keep well in freezer.
