2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c coca
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk (use a little less milk and add a tbsp of vinegar)
1 c coffee
1/2 c oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be very runny.
Pour into greased and floured pans (2 x 8" or 1 - 13x9")
Bake 350º 35-40 min . Cake should spring back to touch when done.
