2 C Flour + more for kneading
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Whole Milk
1/4 C Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and oil, blending well, and turn out on to a floured surface. Knead 4-5 times. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll out on piece to 1/8-inch think and cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch dumplings.

Drop 1/2 of the dumplings into boiling soup or stew. Dumplings are done when they float to the top. When done pull them out and cook the other half.
