5 lb Potatoes, cubed
2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese (I use 1 per 5 lb potatoes)
8 oz Sour Cream
1/2 cup Milk
2 tsp Onion Salt
1/4 cup Butter
Garlic Clove minced
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Place potatoes in a large pot of lightly salted water.
Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Drain & mash. (do not whip)
In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, onion salt, garlic, butter and pepper.
Transfer to a large casserole dish
Cover & bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.

Great make-ahead. After all ingredients are mixed - cover and store in fridge. When ready to use - take out and allow to warm up a bit and pop in oven.
