Ingredients:  
3 Pitas - cut into 8 wedges
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove - smashed
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cut pitas into 8 wedges.
Pour olive oil into a bowl and add garlic, salt & pepper (I add a bit parmesan cheese as well).
Brush pitas with oil & garlic mixture.
Arrange pita chips on a baking sheet - cook for 12 - 15 minutes.
