Cut up Chicken pieces
1 cup Water
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
2 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken pieces and drain off any excess grease.
Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the cooked, drained chicken.
Cook at 325º F for 30 - 40 minutes - until sauce is thickened.
Serve over a bed of rice.
