2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
Mix above ingredients in a bowl and set aside
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Wesson oil
3 Tbs. cocoa
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting
1/2 cup butter
3 Tbs. cocoa
6 Tbs. Coca-Cola
1 box confection sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup broken pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Bring the butter, Wesson oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola to a boil.
Add the marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are melted
When melted, pour over the flour and sugar mixture
Add the buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased baking pan and bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes

Frosting instructions:
Bring to boil the butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola. Add confection sugar, vanilla, and pecan and beat until smooth
Pour over cake while icing is hot
