4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 c white Caro syrup
3 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whit until foamy. Cook sugar and water until spins a thread then add to beaten egg whites. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat till spreadable.
