10 pork chops
2 delicious apples
1 large onion
ground cinnamon
salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in a large roast pan and lightly salt. Spread sliced, unpeeled, apples over the top. Cut thin slices of onion and put over chops. Generously sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour enough water in the pan to be level with the chops. Cover and bake slowly until tender, about an hour at 350-375º. Serves 4.
