6 cups fresh Rhubarb - chopped
Fresh/Frozed Strawberries
1 1/2 cups White Sugar (or less)
1 - 6 oz can frozen Orange Juice (thawed)
1 - 6 oz can frozen Lemonade (thawed)
1 - 2 cups Vodka (or gin or whatever)
3 cups water

1 large bottle of Ginger ale/7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb (and strawberries if desired) in large saucepan with water to cover.
Bring rhubarb mix to a boil over medium heat and cook until tender.
Drain & mash or puree in blender.

Stir together the rhubarb puree, sugar, orange juice, lemonade, liquor and water.
Freeze.
Place scoops of the frozen mixture into serving glasses, and fill the rest of the glass with soda.
