1 egg white
1 C light brown sugar
1 1/2 C pecan halves (or chopped pecans)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar gradually, beating constantly. If using chopped pecans work them in now. Drop from tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. If using pecan halves, drop from tablespoon and gently press pecan on top. Bake at 250º for about 30 minutes. Remove from sheet immediately.
