8 oz cellentani pasta
2 tbs butter
1 med onion, diced
1 can rotel
8 oz pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare pasta according to directions. Melt butter in a large dutch oven, Add onion & saute until tender. Stir in rotel & prepared cheese product. Cook, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in chicken, soup, sour cream, chili powder & cumin. Add hot cooked pasta & mix until blended. spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
