1/2 cup dark beer
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade & sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 (1 inch thick) rib eye steaks
3/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 3 ingredients & put in a zip top plastic freezer bag.
Add steaks, turning to coat. Seal & chill 24 hours, turning once.
Preheat grill to 350º to 400º heat. Remove steaks from marinade. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Grill covered 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill & let stand 5 minutes.
