1 16oz. can salmon
8 soda crackers, finely crumbled
2 eggs
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Cheese Sauce:
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese cubed
2-3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pick out bones from salmon or mash them up well. Add all ingredients.
If it seems too dry add a little milk or water.
Make into 2-3 patties.
Fry with just a touch of oil or butter in a hot, non-stick pan. They should take about 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Melt the cheese & milk in the microwave or carefully on the stove.
