4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 15oz can pumpkin puree
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a large jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
Beat eggs in a large bow;with an electric mixer until foamy; add sugar, oil & pumpkin. Beat on medium speed until incorporated, 2 minutes. Mix dry ingredients & add to egg mixture on low speed for 1 minute. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, butter & vanilla together until creamy. Gradually add confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. spread frosting over cake.
