1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 egg
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour & pecans. Set aside.
Combine melted butter & eggs; mix well.
Stir into flour mixture, just until combined.
Grease a mini muffin pan & fill each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done.
Remove immediately & serve.
