Directions:
Combined scalded sour cream, sugar , butter & salt; mix well & let cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir into sour cream mixture; add eggs. Stir in flour. Cover tightly & chill in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into four portions. Roll out each portion & spread with filling. Roll up cinnamon roll fashion & place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Make 6 "x" cuts across top. Cover & let rise. Bake at 375º for 15 - 20 minutes. Spread with a powder sugar glaze while warm. I top with cherry pie filling.

Personal Notes:
Aunt Ellen Bargmann gave this recipe to me. Aunt Ellen inspired me to start baking at the age of seven. I would call her on the phone & spell words in the recipe that I didn't know & she would explain what it meant to me.
