1 1/3 Cup vegetable oil
3 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Milk
2 1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Orange juice
3 teas. Orange extract
3 Cups AP Flour
1 1/2 teas. Salt
1 1/2 teas. Baking powder
Orange food coloring (optional)

Cream Cheese Filling
8 Oz. Cream cheese - softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 TBL. flour

Cream Frosting
1/4 Cup Butter - softened
2 Cups Powdered sugar
1 teas. Orange extract
1/2 Cup Heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
Flour & grease 3 (8X4) loaf pans (I use the throw away kind)

In large bowl - beat oil, eggs, milk, sugar, orange juice and orange extract
until smooth. Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix until well
incorporated. Stir in orange food coloring a drop at a time until desired color.

In a medium bowl - beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour.

Fill each loaf pan evenly with 2/3 of the batter - Spoon the cream cheese
filling evenly 1/3 each to the pans. Swirl in cream cheese filling by cutting with a knife. Now put the remaining 1/3 of the batter evenly on each loaf.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes OR until toothpick comes out clean.

ICING:
Cream butter in a medium bowl, then add powdered sugar, orange extract and heavy whipping cream. Beat until smooth and frost the tops of each
loaf.

Every one at our house LOVED this ! It would be good with ice cream, cool whip & a little fruit....or just by itself ! Certainly a keeper.
