4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar & oil. Add dry ingredients & mix until combined. Add carrots & vanilla & mix well. Pour into prepared 13" X 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes. Let cool,

Icing:

Mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar & vanilla together. Add pecans.
