1 - 8 oz cream cheese
2 1/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 - 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese & 1/3 cup of sugar in a bowl. Blend in egg.

Bring water, butter & chocolate to a boil in a saucepan. Put in a bowl. Add 2 cups of sugar & flour. Mix well. Blend in eggs, sour cream, baking soda & salt. Pour into a 15 1/2" X 10 1/2' X 1" deep pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Pour cream cheese mixture over batter. Cut through with knife. Bake at 375º for 25 - 30 minutes.
