2 cups sugar
2 cups corn syrup
1 lb of butter
2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
7 - 8 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar & corn syrup over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 250º. Remove from heat; add butter & stir until dissolved. Add whipping cream slowly. Return to heat & stir constantly until candy thermometer reaches 242º.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla & pecans. Drop on foil sprayed with cooking spray.
