2 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup white corn syrup
1 cup whipping cream
3 1/2 cups raw peanuts
1 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
red food color
Directions:
Directions:
Combine, sugar, syrup, milk & peanuts in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until a few drops of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cool water. Take off heat. Add butter, vanilla & coloring. Beat by hand until mixture is creamy. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool.
