1 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups flour
dash of salt

2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream cheese, flour & salt until incorporated. Chill 1 hour.

Combine eggs, butter, brown sugar & nuts.

Use cooking spray to grease mini muffin tins. Roll very small balls, place in tins & use thumb to make mini pie shells. Fill each with nut mixture. Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.

Makes about 50
