1 medium head of cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1/2 C uncooked rice
1 egg
1/2 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium-sized can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, rice, egg, onion and garlic. Separate cabbage leaves.Put mixture in leaves, roll, and hold with toothpicks. Put extra cabbage leaves in the bottom of casserole to prevent sticking. Lay cabbage rolls on them and pour tomato sauce over. Bake in 375º oven for 2-2 1/2 hours
