1 lb cooked fresh carrots grated
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup carnation condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 Cup sugar
1 dash of salt
1 medium sized casserole dish
1 dash cinnamon

Once carrots are cooked, mix milk with eggs. Beat gently. Prepare dry ingredients and dump into the mixture. Stir lightly by hand. Spray the casserole dish with Pam spray. Pour the mixture into the dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
