¾ cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon rind
½ cup ea filberts and almonds.
Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate dough until firm. Cut dough in 2 pieces roll 1 ½ inches in diameter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes cool cut diagonally and lay on side on cookie sheet. Toast both sides.
