2 c. whole-wheat flour
4 oz. plus 2 T butter
11 oz. cream cheese
1 small head of cabbage
2 carrots, sliced
1 small onion
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 - 5 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with 4 oz. of butter and 4 oz. of cream cheese until soft and pliable. Divide in half and roll out between wax paper into 2 crusts. Line 8" pie pan with crust. Chop onion and cabbage. Peel and slice carrots. Saute with spices in a pan with 2 T of butter until soft. Add sliced mushrooms, cook until soft and let cool. Press remaining cream cheese into bottom of pan with crust. Slice eggs and lay on top. Fill with cooled vegetables. Cover with crust and seal edges. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
