1/2 lb Bacon fried - save grease
6 - 8 Potato's boiled (red are nice) sliced but not too thin

2 Medium Onions sliced thin - blanched
3 Stalks celery sliced thin - blanched

3 Boiled Eggs diced

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 Large spoon flour
Salt and Pepper

Fry Bacon, Drain (save grease) crumble

Blanche Celery and Onions

Mix potato's, salt & pepper, bacon and eggs

Heat bacon grease Add large spoon of floor - Continue stirring - Add sugar and vinegar and blanched celery and onion, bring to a boil.

Mix in potato's, bacon and eggs.

I put into a cook pot to meld and serve warm...Can also be served cold.
