LOAF:
2 cups (1 pound) Canned Salmon
2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs (4 slices)
1/2 cup Rich Milk
1 Egg, eaten
2 Tblsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Tblsp Minced Parsley

SAUCE:
2 Tblsp Butter
2 Tblsp Flour1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Salmon Liquid (from canned Salmon)
3/4 cup milk
2 Tblsp catsup

Directions:
Directions:
400º 20 - 25 minutes

LOAF:
Drain Salmon and reverse liquid for sauce. Remove bones and skin from Salmon and flake. Combine fish, bread crumbs, milk, well beaten egg, butter, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well and form into a loaf.

Bake in moderately hot oven 400º for 20 - 25 minutes, until light brown. Place on platter, garnish with parsley and serve with the following sauce!

SAUCE:
Melt butter, stir in flour and slat, and blend well, stir in salmon liquid and milk slowly, stirring constantly over a low heat, and serve with the salmon loaf.
