Ingredients:  
1 1/2 - 2 lbs Cubes Beef
1 Large Onion (diced)
3 -4 Carrots (sliced)
2 cans Beets (diced) save juice
1 Large can Tomato Puree
Celery
Salt, Pepper, Peppercorn and 8 Bay Leaves

1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tblsp Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute cubed beef and diced onions until tender.
Add Carrots, beets and juice, tomato puree and celery.
Salt, Peppercorn and 8 Bay Leaves.
Simmer until carrots are done.

To finish:

Take a small amount of soup, mix in a separate bowl.
Cool a little and add egg, milk and flour mix! This is so it doesn't lump.
Stir into the soup and simmer for awhile!
