1 1/2 - 2 lbs Cubed Lean Pork
2 Large Onions (diced)
1 Large head Cabbage
2 Cans regular Sauerkraut
Pepper corns
8 Bay Leaves
Large pinch of Caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and onions simmer until tender.

Blanch head of cabbage.

Slice blanched cabbage in quarters then slice thinly. Add to pot with pork an onions, add 2 cans sauerkraut and peppercorns, 8 bay leaves and a large pinch of caraway seeds.

Simmer for hours!

Serve over Mashed potato's - Meat could be Kielbasa
