6 slices Texas Toast buttered on 1 side
1 lb. loose sausage - cooked and crumbled
8 eggs
2 cups half and half
1 lb. shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 cake pan with Pam. Lay bread in pan, buttered side up. Spread cooked sausage over bread. Beat eggs and half and half together and pour over bread/sausage. Cover with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.

Bake covered for 45 min. then check with knife if it some out clean remove foil and bake until top is brown. If not clean cover with foil again and then bake for additional time. Maybe 10 min. check again then remove foil and brown.

Bake at 350º for 45 min.
